Senior HRIS Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Senior HRIS Operations Analyst with an entrepreneurial spirit to manage and improve Core HR and Talent platforms, troubleshoot issues, support employees and managers, and enhance HR processes.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject-matter expert for HRIS platforms, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting
- Administer Core HR systems, managing user access, workflows, and maintaining data integrity
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery through data analysis and system enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or 7+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, HRIS, or HR analytics
- Hands-on experience administering and configuring HRIS/HCM platforms
- Demonstrated ability to improve HR processes and workflows
- Experience with case management/ticketing and reporting/BI tools; SQL knowledge preferred
