Job Summary
Supporting the Texas Comptroller's CAPPS program, the full-time Senior HRIS Payroll Analyst will provide advanced functional and technical support for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll, managing payroll operations, system configurations, and compliance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional support for the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll module and manage the full payroll lifecycle
- Troubleshoot payroll issues, configure payroll components, and conduct W-2 validation and reconciliation
- Collaborate with agencies and stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll processing and support fiscal year-end initiatives
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll module in a production environment
- 8+ years of hands-on system configuration experience, including payroll and HR tables
- 8+ years of technical expertise with Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, and BI Publisher
- 8+ years of knowledge of federal labor laws and payroll compliance regulations
- 8+ years of experience managing Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) and supporting batch processing tools
