Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Specialist to modernize HR capabilities through technology and data insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HR process discovery and redesign efforts to streamline and automate workflows across the employee lifecycle
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for HR system issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Administer and optimize HRIS platforms, ensuring security, reliability, and up-to-date functionality
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or process improvement
  • Hands-on experience with UKG configuration and system integrations
  • High proficiency in Cognos Analytics and HR reporting
  • Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
