Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Specialist to manage HR technology solutions and support the Open Enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the Open Enrollment process, ensuring system support and data accuracy
- Manage HR system integrations and serve as the system administrator for Employee Relations and Rewards & Recognition platforms
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements across HR platforms
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of HRIS experience
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting HRIS platforms
- Experience with HR system integrations and vendor interfaces
- Proven ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders
