Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Operations & HRIS Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, select, and implement a new HRIS platform while designing scalable workflows and processes
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Develop People data reporting and support cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and employee experience


Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or similar roles
  • Experience supporting or leading an HRIS implementation
  • Hands-on experience with payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Deep experience administering HRIS platforms
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll and employment compliance requirements
