Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and achieve operational targets
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Expert organizational and mathematical skills for complex calculations
