Key Responsibilities
- Oversee CRM governance and data integrity, ensuring high-quality data and compliance with standards
- Design and implement automation workflows and reporting dashboards to enhance sales operations
- Evaluate and integrate new sales technology tools to optimize the sales tech stack and improve team efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience administering HubSpot CRM in a B2B technology or SaaS environment
- Deep expertise in HubSpot workflows, automation, and CRM governance
- Proven experience in building automated safeguards and data quality controls
- Experience supporting high-performing sales organizations with CRM tooling and AI features
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
