Key Responsibilities
- Own CRM data quality, governance, and platform health to support sales operations
- Design and implement HubSpot workflows and automation for lead management and sales processes
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to analyze sales metrics and improve performance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience administering HubSpot CRM in a B2B technology or SaaS environment
- Expertise in HubSpot workflows, automation, and CRM governance
- Proven experience in building automated safeguards and data quality controls
- Experience supporting high-performing sales organizations with CRM tools
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
