A company is looking for a Senior HubSpot Administrator & Sales Technology Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own CRM data quality, governance, and platform health to support sales operations
  • Design and implement HubSpot workflows and automation for lead management and sales processes
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to analyze sales metrics and improve performance


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience administering HubSpot CRM in a B2B technology or SaaS environment
  • Expertise in HubSpot workflows, automation, and CRM governance
  • Proven experience in building automated safeguards and data quality controls
  • Experience supporting high-performing sales organizations with CRM tools
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
