Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HubSpot Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Own the overall HubSpot platform architecture across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs
Design, build, and optimize advanced workflows for lead management and nurturing
Manage and troubleshoot integrations with downstream systems and ensure data integrity

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience administering and scaling HubSpot in a B2B or SaaS environment
Deep expertise across HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub
Proven experience in designing automation and CRM data models
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus
Experience improving data hygiene and system integrations across tech stacks
