Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HubSpot Marketing Administrator to manage and optimize marketing programs for financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and maintain email campaigns, nurture programs, workflows, and sequences for financial advisors
• Own contact lifecycle stages, lead status, and deal properties for advisor marketing funnels and reporting
• Drive data hygiene across marketing properties and manage HubSpot Content Hub for efficient content deployment

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including complex workflows and reporting
• Deep understanding of contact lifecycle stages, lead status, and deal stages
• Experience with HubSpot Content Hub supporting multiple stakeholders
• Strong instincts for data hygiene and quality assurance
• Ability to work East Coast hours
