Senior HubSpot Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support client engagements, the full-time Senior HubSpot Solutions Architect will lead the entire lifecycle from discovery to solution design and delivery oversight, ensuring alignment between business requirements and CRM architecture while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with clients to define goals, pain points, and success metrics while developing high-level architecture and integration strategies
• Act as the technical voice for clients, ensuring delivery teams have the necessary context and proactively identifying technical risks and opportunities for improvement
• Design and document end-to-end business processes and workflows, translating them into HubSpot architecture and validating that final builds match design intent

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM architecture, implementation, and optimization
• Experience with workflow automation, data modeling, and reporting
• Familiarity with integrations using tools like Zapier or Workato and experience with ERP/financial systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining quality
• HubSpot certifications across one or more Hubs
