• Manage participant onboarding, verification, and activation processes to support bespoke client projects
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to transform manual processes into scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in operations, preferably in marketplace or platform environments
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in implementing and optimizing processes for efficiency and scalability
• Proficiency in operational tools and systems such as Metabase, Zapier, Asana, and HubSpot
• Familiarity with human data operations or managing global crowdsourcing platforms
