Senior Human Data Operations Partner

Job Summary

To support specialized participant pools, the full-time Senior Human Data Operations Partner will manage end-to-end operational processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the quality and diversity of human-generated data in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and workflows to support efficient delivery of participant-related processes
• Implement and manage verification processes for domain experts and AI taskers to meet client-specific requirements
• Continuously optimize participant onboarding and engagement metrics to enhance retention and task performance

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in human data operations, preferably in marketplace or platform environments
• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in implementing and optimizing operational processes for efficiency and scalability
• Proficiency in operational tools and systems such as Zapier and HubSpot
• Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle projects, including data labeling and annotation
