Senior Human Factors Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Factors Engineer (HFE) / Usability Engineering (UE).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user requirements into product designs and user interfaces
• Lead usability activities including study planning, data collection, analysis, and documentation
• Support regulatory submissions and clinical studies by preparing necessary documentation and conducting risk assessments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 10 years, Associate's degree with 8 years, Bachelor's degree with 4 years, Master's degree with 2 years, or Doctorate in Human Factors Engineering/Usability Engineering
• Experience in medical devices, combination products, and knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
• Proven experience in leading human factors methodologies and usability studies
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse engineering and clinical teams
• Experience in user interface evaluations and ergonomic design development
