Senior Human Factors Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Factors Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the principal subject matter expert for human factors engineering, ensuring high-quality deliverables compliant with industry standards
• Conduct human-centered evaluations and propose evidence-based designs to assess products and processes in clinical informatics
• Lead analysis of clinical informatics workflows to identify user experience issues and recommend redesigns to improve usability and safety

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in human factors engineering, organizational psychology, or a related discipline
• Minimum of ten years of experience in human factors engineering or related fields, particularly in healthcare or clinical informatics
• Proven expertise in applying organizational psychology principles to product and process assessment
• Experience facilitating usability sessions and synthesizing participant feedback into actionable recommendations
• In-depth familiarity with SAFe Lean Agile methodologies and their integration into high-performing teams
