Senior Human Factors Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Factors Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams and engage in complex planning and application responsibilities to design or modify tasks
• Develop and conduct the overall HFE program plan, including system and plant operational functional requirements analysis and testing
• Ensure the delivery of on-time, quality engineering documentation and represent HFE concerns

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Factors, Industrial Engineering, or 7 years of additional HFE related experience
• Minimum 10 years of human factors experience in a high-hazard, safety-centric industry
• M.S. or PhD Degree in Human Factors, Industrial Engineering or equivalent (desired)
• Registered Professional Engineer in the United States or Canada (desired)
• Experience in the nuclear industry, including nuclear plant emergency procedures and operator training guidelines
