Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Factors Researcher in Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead complex research studies to improve healthcare technology
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to validate design effectiveness and usability
• Collaborate with UX Design and Product leaders to ensure designs meet user needs and safety goals

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Ergonomics, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 5+ years of user research experience, preferably in safety-critical or regulated industries
• Strong foundation in research methods, cognition, and human factors principles
• Proactive and organized multitasker able to work under time pressures
• Familiarity with human factors standards and regulatory guidance in healthcare systems
