Senior Human Factors Researcher

Job Summary

To support the transformation of healthcare technology, the full-time Senior Human Factors Researcher will apply human factors expertise to conduct rigorous research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive design improvements in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead complex research studies to inform product strategy and design, ensuring usability and safety goals are met
• Collaborate with clinicians, developers, and product managers to gather end-user requirements and translate them into innovative designs
• Deliver compelling presentations of research findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Ergonomics, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience performing user research on software, preferably in safety-critical or regulated industries
• Strong background in research methods, cognition, ergonomics, and human decision-making
• Solid understanding of human factors principles and usability best practices
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate research insights effectively
