Job Summary
To support UNICEF's executive screening and assessment initiatives, a home-based Senior Human Resources Consultant will engage in the recruitment process for Assistant and Deputy Representative roles, utilizing various assessment methodologies to ensure the selection of suitable candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and pilot robust assessment methodologies in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Support Team
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments, providing timely reports and feedback to candidates
- Maintain an updated online scoring spreadsheet and deliver periodic analyses and reports to the DPC team
Required qualifications
- Advanced university degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Psychometrics, or a related field
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in assessment design and implementation
- Demonstrated expertise in various assessment types, including SJTs and role play exercises
- Strong knowledge of psychometric principles, including reliability and validity
- Experience in producing comprehensive assessment reports focusing on strengths and improvement areas
