Job Summary
To support employee relations and compliance initiatives, the full-time Senior Human Resources Consultant will serve as a trusted resource for leaders and caregivers, ensuring best practices in labor relations, conducting investigations, and maintaining HR metrics in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations matters and provide subject-matter expertise to Core Leaders and Caregivers
- Conduct investigations and develop recommendations for improving workplace environments
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform policy development and critical interventions
Required qualifications:
- Five years of experience in general human resources at the exempt level in a multi-state/location environment
- Five years of demonstrated experience in employee relations, labor relations, and compliance with ADAAA and leaves of absence
- Five years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
