Senior Human Resources Consultant

Job Summary

To support employee relations and compliance initiatives, the full-time Senior Human Resources Consultant will serve as a trusted resource for leaders and caregivers, ensuring best practices in labor relations, conducting investigations, and maintaining HR metrics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations matters and provide subject-matter expertise to Core Leaders and Caregivers
• Conduct investigations and develop recommendations for improving workplace environments
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform policy development and critical interventions

Required qualifications:

• Five years of experience in general human resources at the exempt level in a multi-state/location environment
• Five years of demonstrated experience in employee relations, labor relations, and compliance with ADAAA and leaves of absence
• Five years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
