Senior Human Resources Consultant

Job Summary

To support employee relations initiatives, the full-time Senior Human Resources Consultant will serve as a trusted resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers, ensuring adherence to HR policies, conducting investigations, and providing recommendations for workplace improvements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations matters, ensuring best practices and compliance with HR policies
• Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for improving workplace environments
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for critical intervention and policy development

Required qualifications

• Five years of experience in general human resources at an exempt level in a multi-state/location environment
• Five years of demonstrated experience in employee relations, labor relations, and ADAAA compliance
• Five years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
