Senior Human Resources Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Director (Head of HR) to develop and implement HR strategies and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement HR strategies to achieve organizational goals
• Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and compensation and benefits
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years of team management experience
• Experience supporting senior leadership and leading HR function in a technology organization
• Working knowledge of employment laws
• Human resources certification(s) a plus
