Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their Talent Strategy team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide managers through performance management processes and ensure compliance with organizational values
  • Conduct workplace investigations and assist with corrective actions in partnership with legal and HR leadership
  • Support workforce transitions and maintain HR policies to reflect legal requirements and organizational standards
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in employee relations or business partner role
  • Demonstrated experience managing employee relations issues and processes
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
