• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
• Manage the recruiting process and oversee onboarding for new hires
• Ensure compliance with leave management and performance review processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Understanding of Human Resources functions and best practices
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is desired
• Spanish language skills are a plus
