Job Summary
To ensure consistent application of HR policies and provide guidance on employment matters, the full-time Senior Human Resources Generalist will manage employee inquiries, maintain HRIS data integrity, and support leadership with employee relations and talent management, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to employee inquiries related to HR topics and policies
- Provide coaching to leadership on employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Analyze employee trends to enhance retention and engagement strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources with knowledge of HR procedures
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High level of integrity and dependability with a results-oriented mindset
