Senior Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

To ensure consistent application of HR policies and provide guidance on employment matters, the full-time Senior Human Resources Generalist will manage employee inquiries, maintain HRIS data integrity, and support leadership with employee relations and talent management, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to employee inquiries related to HR topics and policies
• Provide coaching to leadership on employee relations issues and conflict resolution
• Analyze employee trends to enhance retention and engagement strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources with knowledge of HR procedures
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High level of integrity and dependability with a results-oriented mindset
