Job Summary
To support the organization's HR functions, the full-time Senior Human Resources Generalist will manage employee inquiries, maintain HRIS data integrity, and provide coaching to leadership on HR policies and employee relations, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to employee inquiries related to HR topics and policies
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
- Analyze employee trends and metrics to develop solutions and recommendations for improving retention and engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or a business-related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources with proven knowledge of HR procedures
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
