Job Summary
To support a diverse portfolio of nonprofit clients, the fully remote Senior Human Resources Generalist will manage HR inquiries, oversee leave of absence and ADA processes, and ensure compliance while navigating complex HR matters across a multi-client environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to address nuanced HR inquiries and ensure compliance with multi-state regulations
- Administer leave of absence requests and ADA accommodations, coordinating documentation and communication with stakeholders
- Support the execution of annual HR cycles, including performance reviews and compliance updates, while providing guidance to employees and managers
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of progressive human resources experience with generalist responsibilities
- Active HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) or a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Experience managing leave of absence and ADA accommodation processes end-to-end
- Demonstrated experience in HR across multiple employer entities or in a consulting environment
- Strong knowledge of multi-state employment law compliance and HR systems
