Job Summary
Supporting ongoing corporate activities in a hybrid role, the full-time Senior Human Resources Generalist will manage employee relations, compliance, and HR operations while serving as a trusted partner to employees and management in Littleton, CO.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and workplace concerns
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while supporting HR policy implementation
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle transactions, maintaining HRIS and ATS data integrity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of progressive, hands-on Human Resources experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and employee relations principles
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed or remote workforces
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance
