Senior Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic partner to site leadership and the HR team, the full-time salaried Senior Human Resources Generalist will focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance while providing remote HR support across the business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
• Manage the recruiting process and oversee onboarding for new hires
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining employee records

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Understanding of HR functions and best practices
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification desired
• Spanish language skills preferred
