Senior Human Resources Generalist
Job Summary
To ensure the consistent application of HR policies and provide guidance on employment matters, the remote Senior Human Resources Generalist will manage employee inquiries, maintain HRIS data integrity, and support leadership with employee relations and talent management initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR topics and policies
- Provide coaching to leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy application
- Analyze employee trends and metrics to develop solutions for retention and engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or a business-related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources with proven knowledge of HR procedures
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
