Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Human Resources who will serve as a strategic HR leader overseeing the HRBP team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HRBP team to enhance employee programs through data analysis and policy development
- Provide strategic direction in managing organizational risk and cultivating a positive workplace culture
- Partner with senior leadership to advise on HR strategies and monitor HR data to address workplace culture issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5 years management experience, with at least 3 years in HR management
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices including talent development and employee relations
- Expertise in conflict resolution and developing collaborative solutions
- Understanding of data analytics to evaluate HR metrics and implement workforce optimization strategies
