Key Responsibilities

• Manage global benefits strategy, including plan design, vendor selection, and compliance
• Oversee leave management processes and advise on eligibility and entitlements
• Administer the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in benefits, payroll, and HRIS administration
• Experience working for a global NGO and administering benefits across different geographies
• HR Certifications - SHRM-CP and/or PHR preferred
• Proficiency with HR and payroll systems
