Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent HR experience
- Minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience, particularly in employee relations
- Five years of experience in unionized environments managing collective bargaining agreements
- Three years of leadership experience managing HR professionals
