Senior Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

Leading HR functions in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Human Resources Manager will partner with executives to align HR strategies with business objectives, oversee recruitment and compliance, and manage employee relations to foster a positive workplace environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Guiding managers in the application of HR policies for consistent administration
• Implementing organization-wide HR policies and procedures
• Resolving Employee Relations issues and promoting a harmonious workplace

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources
• Experience in change management and employee engagement strategies
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams effectively
