Job Summary
Leading HR functions in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Human Resources Manager will partner with executives to align HR strategies with business objectives, oversee recruitment and compliance, and manage employee relations to foster a positive workplace environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Guiding managers in the application of HR policies for consistent administration
- Implementing organization-wide HR policies and procedures
- Resolving Employee Relations issues and promoting a harmonious workplace
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources
- Experience in change management and employee engagement strategies
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams effectively
