Job Summary

Managing HR functions for a growing organization, the full-time Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee the HR team, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and manage performance systems while supporting remote operations throughout the US and internationally.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee all Human Resource functions, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and employee development
  • Manage employee relations, including conducting investigations and coaching managers through conflicts
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and manage HR metrics to optimize workforce processes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in an exempt HR role, with at least 5 years in HR management for a government contractor
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
  • Experience with labor relations and regulatory compliance, including Affirmative Action Plan administration
  • Familiarity with benefits administration and annual performance appraisal processes
