Job Summary
Managing HR functions for a growing organization, the full-time Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee the HR team, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and manage performance systems while supporting remote operations throughout the US and internationally.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all Human Resource functions, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and employee development
- Manage employee relations, including conducting investigations and coaching managers through conflicts
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and manage HR metrics to optimize workforce processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in an exempt HR role, with at least 5 years in HR management for a government contractor
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Experience with labor relations and regulatory compliance, including Affirmative Action Plan administration
- Familiarity with benefits administration and annual performance appraisal processes
