Job Summary
To enhance employee relations and compliance, the full-time Senior Human Resources Manager will develop and implement regional HR strategies, manage employee relations issues, and ensure adherence to employment legislation while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs in alignment with employment laws and best practices
- Manage employee relations, including addressing concerns and conducting workplace investigations
- Oversee recruitment processes and create training programs for HR staff and employees
Required qualifications:
- B.S./B.A. in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and employee relations
- Professional certification such as SHRM PHR or CIPD Level 5 is desired
- Experience in conflict management and benefits administration
