To support a growing organization, the remote Senior Human Resources Manager will lead people operations, focusing on creating a best-in-class staff experience across hiring, HR systems, compliance, staff development, engagement, and diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing core HR operations and compliance
  • Advanced project management skills with a history of leading multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Experience supporting or leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions in ambiguous environments
