Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the remote Senior Human Resources Manager will lead people operations, focusing on creating a best-in-class staff experience across hiring, HR systems, compliance, staff development, engagement, and diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance efforts
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, developing comprehensive hiring strategies and maintaining a robust talent pipeline
- Facilitate diversity and inclusion initiatives, collaborating with leadership to track progress and report outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Background in human resources, talent acquisition, or people operations
- Proven experience managing core HR operations and compliance
- Advanced project management skills with a history of leading multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Experience supporting or leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions in ambiguous environments
