Senior Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

To support the seamless operation of the Human Resources function, the full-time Senior Human Resources Manager will lead HR operations, oversee employee lifecycle processes, and provide guidance to employees and managers while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop HR Operations team members, establishing performance expectations and fostering accountability
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management
• Develop and implement HR processes and initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Seven to ten years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a multi-state professional services environment
• At least five years of experience leading and developing HR professionals
• Experience managing HR operations and employee lifecycle processes in a complex organization
• Professional Human Resources certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred
