Job Summary
Partnering with field leaders and people managers, the full-time Senior Human Resources Manager will execute HR plans aligned with business priorities, support associate relations and talent development, and collaborate on HR initiatives in a hybrid role based in Plano, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Execute HR plans including workforce planning, talent development, and associate engagement in alignment with business priorities
- Provide coaching and practical HR support to enhance leadership capability and team effectiveness
- Manage associate relations matters and ensure compliance with company values and policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in coaching team members and leading cross-functional HR initiatives
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
