Senior Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

To enhance HR services in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Human Resources Manager will manage HR shared services processes, ensure compliance, and improve efficiency while collaborating with HR teams across various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient, scalable HR shared services processes that cover the employee lifecycle
• Manage the HR Services team to ensure timely processing of employee requests and maintain compliance
• Utilize HR analytics to produce metrics and develop solutions for process gaps and pain points

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in various HR functional areas, with expertise in LOA, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll
• 2+ years of people leadership or management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven analytical capabilities with experience in developing reporting mechanisms and handling large data sets
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
