Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to align people and business priorities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement the holistic people plan
• Conduct organizational diagnostics to analyze talent management processes and provide recommendations
• Lead change management initiatives and coach leaders to enhance team performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 10+ years of HR experience, OR
• Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 8+ years of HR experience, OR
• Equivalent experience
• Human Resources Professional Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM, CIPD)
• 4+ years of experience partnering with a wide network of clients across HR functions
