Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies and programs across the employee life cycle
• Provide consultation and functional support to business leaders on people issues and strategies
• Develop HR programs and resources to enhance the employee experience across the company

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on business partner support
• Experience in mortgage or financial services industry preferred
• Strong project management skills and experience leading initiatives
• Advanced skills in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS platforms
