Job Summary

Collaborating with business leaders and internal teams, the full-time Senior Human Resources Partner will provide expert HR guidance, manage employee relations, and drive organizational effectiveness initiatives while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with business leaders and community organizations to deliver effective HR support
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters and oversee performance management and development initiatives
  • Conduct investigations into employee misconduct and support management through disciplinary processes
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience focused on employee relations and development
  • Advanced understanding of HR principles and U.S. employment laws, including FMLA and ADA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to consult with and influence business leaders on HR strategies
