Job Summary
Partnering with senior commercial leaders, the full-time Senior Human Resources Business Partner will align people strategies with business priorities and drive organizational effectiveness in a remote role focused on the US and Canada Commercial organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Align people strategies with business priorities and growth plans by partnering with senior commercial leaders
- Provide strategic coaching on organizational design, talent management, and change management
- Lead talent review and succession planning processes, utilizing data to enhance organizational capability
Required Qualifications
- Significant progressive Human Resources experience, particularly in a senior HR Business Partner role
- Experience in supporting sales or revenue-generating functions within a complex, matrixed environment
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and develop effective talent strategies
- Strong background in organizational change, workforce planning, and employee relations
- Excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills with a focus on building trust
