Job Summary

Partnering with senior commercial leaders, the full-time Senior Human Resources Business Partner will align people strategies with business priorities and drive organizational effectiveness in a remote role focused on the US and Canada Commercial organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Align people strategies with business priorities and growth plans by partnering with senior commercial leaders
• Provide strategic coaching on organizational design, talent management, and change management
• Lead talent review and succession planning processes, utilizing data to enhance organizational capability

Required Qualifications

• Significant progressive Human Resources experience, particularly in a senior HR Business Partner role
• Experience in supporting sales or revenue-generating functions within a complex, matrixed environment
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and develop effective talent strategies
• Strong background in organizational change, workforce planning, and employee relations
• Excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills with a focus on building trust
