Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and revise position descriptions (PDs) for civilian employees
• Classify PDs according to OPM standards and ensure compliance with federal regulations
• Provide expert advisory services on classification options and conduct desk audits

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Bachelor's degree
• Extensive knowledge of OPM classification standards and federal HR regulations
• Experience with DoD classification tools, including the PDT
• Familiarity with Acqdemo and DAU-specific HR policies
