Job Summary
Working full-time as a Senior HVAC Control Systems Engineer, the successful candidate will design and configure complex building control systems, develop software programs for system operation, and provide remote troubleshooting support while collaborating with local engineering teams across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Design and configure building control systems, creating necessary documentation for submittals and installation
- Develop and test software programs to meet project requirements and provide remote troubleshooting support
- Maintain communication with branch teams regarding project progress, risks, and concerns while adhering to QA/QC standards
Required qualifications
- Strong understanding of BAS programming and HVAC fundamentals
- Solid knowledge of control theory and building automation systems
- Experience with low-voltage building systems integration and familiarity with BACnet and Modbus protocols
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in engineering tools
- Ability to lead technical decisions and mentor junior engineers effectively
