Senior HVAC Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HVAC Engineer 2 - Nuclear.

Key Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems and troubleshoot various HVAC engineering issues
• Support the planning and coordination of detailed design phases for facility engineering work
• Prepare technical specifications and engineering studies for HVAC equipment

Required Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• 7+ years of experience in HVAC system design for laboratory and/or industrial facilities
• Proficiency in TRACE 700 or Carrier HAP
• Ability to create design flow diagrams and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
• Knowledge of relevant HVAC codes and standards
