Senior HVAC Quality Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of quality assurance frameworks, the remote Senior HVAC Quality Program Manager will manage standards, training, and review processes to ensure high-quality installations across various residential energy technologies including HVAC and geothermal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality standards and documentation for HVAC and related installations
• Oversee the QC Technician team and manage project review queues to ensure timely processing of approvals and rejections
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and support platform expansion

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a technical or construction-based role with a strong foundation in residential HVAC and/or geothermal systems
• 4+ years of experience in developing and operationalizing programs and SOPs
• Demonstrated ability to extend technical expertise across adjacent mechanical or energy system technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in data analytics and performance reporting
