Senior Hyperscale Rack Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the architecture and integration of advanced air and liquid-cooled server and network rack solutions for large-scale hyperscale deployments, the full-time Senior Hyperscale Rack Engineer will serve as the senior technical authority, translating customer requirements into scalable rack systems while managing complex programs and engaging with stakeholders remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead architect and development manager for complex rack-level solutions, overseeing system-level design decisions across multiple domains
• Lead customer-facing technical engagements from RFI/RFQ to first hardware delivery, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and engineering execution
• Drive program execution from concept through production, applying strong program management discipline to ensure schedules are met and risks are identified early

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering, systems integration, or data center hardware design
• At least 3 years of rack-level solution design and integration experience
• Proven ability to manage complex rack solutions for hyperscale environments with significant project lifecycles
• Strong background in program execution, including schedule ownership and cross-functional leadership
