Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior I-9 Help Desk Analyst to provide client support and manage I-9 compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide client support for inquiries related to I-9 and E-Verify through various communication channels
  • Manage E-Verify submissions and resolve compliance issues while ensuring program adherence
  • Participate in system updates, troubleshoot technical issues, and complete daily intake and report reviews
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of I-9 experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Ability to adapt to various Knowledge Management Systems
  • Experience managing confidential and sensitive information
